It offers a beautiful mix of archaeological remains, Nubian culture, Nile scenery, and deep historical atmosphere in the heart of Aswan.

The Aga Khan Mausoleum is a graceful Islamic-style monument overlooking the Nile in Aswan, built as the resting place of Aga Khan III, Sir Sultan Mahomed Shah. Its hilltop location, elegant dome, warm stone design, and peaceful desert setting make it one of Aswan’s most distinctive landmarks. The site reflects both spiritual memory and Aswan’s long connection with the Aga Khan family and the wider Ismaili community.

The family will return to Aswan city to have their lunch at a Nile view restaurant.

The Nubian village is a colorful cultural gem on the west bank of the Nile River, offering visitors a warm glimpse into the beauty of Nubian life in Aswan. Its bright blue houses, vivid murals, handcrafted decorations, traditional clothing, and local crafts create a lively open-air museum filled with charm and authenticity.
